Really enjoy the app...

I really enjoy this app and would recommend it to others.
Two things I would like to see that would make this a 5-star app:
1) being able to listen to music while using the app. As others have said, who wants to train in silence?
2) reminders as notifications on my phone. Currently it does not show any notification even when "training reminder" is turned on.
